KITCHEN PHILOSOPHY

Growing vegetables at Lindsberg has been part of the philosophy since the 1970s. The idea is not only that the food we eat should be produced as locally and sustainably as possible, it is also in several ways grounding for us humans to sow and harvest and experience a connection with the earth. It is a pleasure for us to serve home-grown vegetables to the visitors who come here and exchange tips and ideas about growing and preparing food. Our menu is plant-based and organic, the produce is grown at Lindsberg or locally as far as possible, and the inspiration is taken from all corners of the world. Bon apetit!
